This starts with those patients selling their ARV for a quick buck. Providers need to test patients suspected of selling their regimen more often and if possible stop prescribing until the patient agrees to take matters seriously. Health departments must also do a better job to prosecute mom & pop pharmacies who pay incentives and buy ARV back to double bill or resale.

WERE THE DRUGS FAKE (MOST LIKELY), WHAT DRUG CHAINS PROVIDED THEM TO CUSTOMERS, WHAT HAS THE IMPACT BEEN ON PATIENTS? HAVE PATIENTS EXPERIENCE NEGATIVE CONSEQUENCES? WHAT IS BEING DONE TO PROVIDE THE AFFECTED PATIENTS WITH THE PROPER MEDICATIONS? IT IS NOT JUST FRAUD, IT COULD BE MURDER. WHY DID POZ JUST STOP WITH SAYING THAT THEY SOLD BLACK MARKET DRUGS? THERE IS SO MUCH MORE TO THIS STORY.

Please keep us informed. I hope - if guilty and if then found guilty - that they each get 50 or 75 year sentences. They obviously thought that it was OK for them to add a scam on to a scam. Next go for the big pharma drug company executives - all past and present ones.
