Here is a solution, to our AIDs epidemic, mandatory test everyone in and entering a country and give free HIV meds to the people who are positive and follow up with viral load tests for those who are positive. If someone does not want to take their free medicine to save their and others lives they should be quarantined. This will end the AIDs epidemic once and for all.

This could be as easy to explain, comparing treatment like a vaccination that prevents you from getting a disease. except it works in reverse. I have HIV, and I take anti-virals, which therefore protects my partner from contracting the virus. So, the meds with an undetectable viral load is the barrier to infection. This is great news. Still waiting for eradication!!!
