There is an incredible amount of STIGMA driving the HIV epidemic to incredibly high infections specially in the third world and in countries with STIGMA for LGBT communities and other segments of the population. Currently there is no task force to tackle Human Rights abuses perpetuated against HIV+ people to protect them from the STIGMA that is killing people on an otherwise completely treatable condition.
