Sounds just like the anti-vaxxer nuts to me. Maybe they, like the anti-vaxxers should pay for their own treatment when they get sick, or at least a higher portion of it. The doctors and hospitals will still have to engage with them in the place of others who did not chose to become ill. Especially during Covid when the hospitals, nurses, and doctors are spread so thin. I think it would be safe to assume that the 'gifters' are a bunch of psychopaths with zero empathy or respect for others.
