What about farmers, chefs, janitors, sanitation workers, biologists, doctors, nurses, etc.

Regardless, would this law be effective to punish private porn actors whose work gets accidentally released?

All this will do is put LA production staff out of work and cause the producers to move to another area, or even out of country. This will not stop anything but the paychecks of workers in LA county.

Out of LA, possibly, underground for sure. Condom-free vids have been and will remain in HIGH demand. The Morality Police won't change what people find hot. Rather than banning them, why not make it clear to the actors (and EVERYONE) that it's THEIR responsibility to use a condom ...if they so choose?
