Grand Fury and other artists involved in AIDS activism should be involved in the design and/or selection process. To memorialize those who died from AIDS their struggle must be memorialized. They were ignored and gladly written off. They did not remain silent. They did not go gently. In the wealthiest nation on the planet, people dying from a deadly virus, had to take to the streets and demand access to healthcare & the nation's research capabilities. Grand Fury and other artists were there.
