Since the immune system is built on good food intake, water and movement, than alternative nature medicine is very logical. I have been taking a glycol protein, photo nutrients, minerals and super anti oxidants supplements (fruits, veggies, herbs) and tring to intake 90 grams of protein for some years, to believe these organic supplements help support my functioning immune system, hence building my immune system. I have also used Dr Hyda Clarks herb recipes in agreement with her theroies.
WISH THEY COME UP WITH SOMETHING TO GET READY OF IT FOR GOOD

Why do people put so much faith in "natural remedies"? Sure, the Chinese may have been treating all sorts of maladies with various plants throughout the years, but once (modern) Western medicine hit the scene, life expectancy and QOL have increased dramatically, and this holds true for most of the world. Not saying that there aren't any useful herbs, just that evidence-based medicine seems to be the way to go. If you want to take 'em, fine, just don't preach to me. Make your mystery teas alone.
