I am so sick an tired of hearing that programs are targeted to Black men who have sex with men!!!! Hell, they are probably haveing sex with a white man!!! So, include them too. This amounts to reverse discrimination and it must stop!!!!!!!!!!!!

This, I believe, is a waste of tax payers dollars. It almost seems like we are living in dark ages again; 1981. Personal responsibility needs to be stressed. We have great medicines to keep HIV at bay. Why wouldn't one want to be tested? I can't believe black men who have sex with men have not heard of HIV. Shame on them for not getting tested. There is no excuse! Let one perish at his own will. This really gets me angry. I have been positive for many years and got a test ASAP.
