I think this is a horrible situation, kids need to be educated, and sadly sometimes parents don't play strong roles or any role in their kids life, we should all take action, and/or make sure the parents are.

Tie together the elimination of HIV Positive Folks with voting ability from all Ryan White Planning Bodies if that person was employed, on the board of or as a volunteer oversaw Ryan White Funded positions combined with the movement to Faith Based Organizations under Bush an you have the fuel for this decade old problem. As a positive person I am amazed at what a 20 something doesn't know compared to a 20 something in the 90's was told. TV series on the subject would create demand for info !!!
