This is actually not a new approach; the concept and a company to allow HIV consumers to use significant and relevant training and education they received in order to gain employment or work as volunteers in ASOs was established several years ago by a group of HIV consumers and their family in Baltimore, MD. It is good to see that more HIV consumers are being provided with opportunities to use their skills in ways that help in the fight against the spread and impact of the disease.
