Wow this is a major HIPPA complaint. I like to know why AHF was gather information from the state without permission. The sad thing about HIPPA policy is no one wins for if the state of California has to paid out to these folks for Millions or if AHF is ran out of town then the Healthcare of thousands will suffer. Strange a healthcare policy made to help people can be the biggest enemy to future funding for Healthcare for ALL. HIPPA must be reformed for this policy only brings money to lawers.
