It is not fair to have to tell someone about your status. People need to take their own responsiblity and stop needing laws to help them become more irresponsible. People need to take there own responsiblity and protect themselves or the government will control all peoples lives and thats not freedom......

I am an AIDS activist and I completely disagree! There's a risk of transmission, regardless how low the viral load is! Decriminilization will only increase unprotected sexual activities among the HIV+ community and it will bring about more HIV infections! Please realize that not everyone has the same degree of consciousness and many will take advantage, given there will be no persecutions for infecting someone intentionally!

It is most interesting that one of the most liberal countries in human rights thinking would go to such extremes to take 100s of years of progressive policy and go back to extreme discrimination on the backs of HIV people who are tring to survil another day. This policy can build to other policies like Uganda's Death to Gay People and HIV people. It is very dangerous to tatoo or brand people in a case of imprisonment for being human and in search of a loving relationship,What is next
