I am confused and don't want to take away from my HIV positive people in China, but why doesn't a country like China which is based on the People's Government and has a Great Cash Flow need this money. Do you think China can send about 283 million to Kenya for Emergency Relief and call it even. Global Fund where are your priorities and where is the National Repulic of China priorities. Wow and I bet the Global Fund is going to say US and other are not giving their fair share. Free Tibet
