Nearly 10,000 individuals, 4,916 couples only 84 of which contracted hiv after starting ART? More details are needed. Of the 84 who seroconverted, how many of their partners had undetectable viral loads? How long were their partners on ART prior to seroconversion? The study abstract noted ART virtually eliminated transmission of HIV. The 67% reduction rate makes it seem like there is still a 43% infection rate and many uninformed would only see that. Stigma promotion?
