Since they are dispensing "medical" marijuana they should pay all fees that pharmacies are subject to by each municipality (county, city, state).

I not sure if this is good news that the city is in partnership and want thier piece of the pie or if it is just another government control. Here in California the Pot Cartels are using medical pot for distrubution though out the state and the prices are twice as high as underground pot. It is strange for if you are in the Club then you can go into the back room, otherwise you must go to the streets, which is much cheaper. I am for medical pot, however what are the corret dosges.
