In conducting hundreds of STD/HIV awareness classes, size has never been an issue. I've had ONE young man say he needed a larger consdom. What worries me, getting larger condoms that don't fit will increase numbers of STD/HIV in dc area. Not only that, Trojans cost more then durex & durex was rated number 1 in 2009 as efective. If I can fit the consom over my had, regular sized durex, theres no reason they will not owrk for 95% of dc population
