This is a very important issue that needs factual attention. May I suggest that POZ do a full story related to this legal matter. Not many people know or understand the law and consequences regarding not disclosing HIV status before/after having sex. Gaining consent to have sex if your HIV positive is needed at all times. Even when using a condom during a random one time opportunity. What happens if the condom breaks? Getting pregnant will not be the only concern to discuss afterwards.
