Hawaii’s new medically assisted suicide law went into effect on Jan. 1, making the state the seventh to allow dying patients to take their own lives. The law also requires a mental health evaluation before allowing a prescription for a lethal dose of medication. Since NO ONE currently has a plan for Long-Term Survivors of AIDS when they are no longer able to live independently; and they can't be mixed in with the regular population of Seniors because of STIGMA, that's my plan!
