I agree that being a fully disclosed person can do wonders for the rise in CD4 count. Although I did disclose to family and a few friends many years ago, I still had the internal stigma eating away at me. I wanted to tell more people but was afraid. My cd4's hovered around 500 but after being a fully disclosed person they shot up to 1400 and are staying there (6 years now). I no longer feel the need to hide. Finally, I feel liberated to stay on top of my game. Disclosure was a win-win for me!
