This is terrible in the relationship to medical errors and sad that a lose could of been changed by having two test or three test or 4 test if necessary. I am a believier that one test is only as good as another test. Medical errors and patient safty is an important policy issues coming forth in all countries. I believe the consumer must inform one self and that healthcare advocates must be educated and for this to be a push concerning patient safty and health care advocates to inprove care.
