AIDS Health Foundation filed a workplace safety complaint against Larry Flynt because he doesn’t require his porn stars to use condoms, The Associated Press reports. The activists also delivered 100 DVDs of Flynt films to the California State Division of Occupational Safety and Health, saying that only one scene featured a performer using a condom. According to the L.A. Department of Public Health, adult film workers are 10 times more likely to contract a sexually transmitted infection than the general population.
