Circumcision reduces HIV transmission, per government health authorities. EVERYONE should abide by recommendations for reducing HIV transmission if we as human being really want this epidemic to end!

Abstinence, condom use and waiting until marriage (unless sheâ??s a â?¦.) is more than 60 percent effective in preventing HIV, turtle neck or not. Religious organizations should stress the 1st and third issue and leave the body modifications to a person who is old enough to make his own decisions.
