oh dear God, this lawsuit has been a long time coming. such discrimination is extremely well-known to most of NYC's poz community, and i'm sorry it took this long for the issue to be litigated by those with the resources to do so. better late than never, tho. these 5 real estate companies are only the tip of the HIV-discrimination iceberg, certainly.
