Here we are again wondering where all the expert managment from Florida's Governor is managing HMO and PPO plans for Humana. The state, county and planning council needs to move these funds to ADAP to help the folks on the waiting list and all will be happy for a moment. My question to Governor Scott will he buy in to the State's Medicaid Expansion or a Floridianâ??s HMO Plan and help Floridians stay healthy for God knows their is enough State Funded Clinics and Hospital wanting those funds/Jobs.
