I think some form of HIV criminalization should still be in place for people who know that they have HIV but still continue to spread the disease. These kind of people are a criminal, destroy people lives especially teenagers. I know I'm one of the victim and after me he continue to be promiscuous. This criminal is danger to public health and a threat to our children they should be in jail for life. I agree that several law about HIV need to be reform and implementation improve.

Of course this is causing a problem! People can plainly observe the legal complications that come with a positive result, and most believe they have years between infection and illness. With that mindset, you'd have to be mentally unwell to be tested regularly if you thought you might actually get a positive result.

Of course they do. Only proves my theories from quite a while ago. You drove people underground, and of course it defeats the purpose. Copies going to my RW Case Manager and State Representative so that perhaps they can fix this screwed up mess.

When I look at the places and people who are most resistent to progressive policies that actually HELP people it's those that are most infected with policies based on some religious dogma that barfs in the face of reality. Those individual politicians, their political parties and the fringe elements of their parties, who profess to "hate the sin but love the sinner," COST LIVES. They are the criminals and it's time we stop being so tolerant of their fantasy-based self-righteousness.
