And now, after unsuccessfully battling the courts in his home country, his name and HIV status is even more widely available, world-wide. Thanks, POZ!
He's a convicted rapist, disclosure of his status is the least of his worries. The public has a right to know how dangerous he is.

The irony is that the judge commented that as he did not know his status at the time, no action could be taken under the law. If he had known his status he could have faced further prosecutions. The message is, don't get tested and there will be no consequences.
