I've been telling people, for years, keep it simple and natural. Olive oil! If you are having oral sex even. If the person wants to use lube to masturbate and then put it back in your mouth, it's all good! Add some rosemary (joke)! DON"T put anything that is not natural in your butt.
This is exactly why I've always opted for spit and sweat in lieu of lube.
If they actually said which lubricants this article might have been useful. That's tmi Pat
To Pat Johnson - hope you're not using Crisco with condoms, Pat!
I am a Black female over the age of 50 living with the Aid virus since 1989. I had a child that was born with the disease and died at the age of 15. I am hoping to have sex again and I need all the information I can get so myself and my partner can be safe. So this article held my interest and I am hoping to get the end results very soon
I keep lube simple and continue to use Crisco, instead of all the different brands and prices, a 1lb can of Crisco is $1.49 compared to $20 for a 16oz bottle of lube.
FINALLY! People are talking about this. I first heard lubricants containing glycerin increase chances of contracting HIV when I was tested LAST SEPTEMBER! Glad people are talking but surprised it has taken this long.

I saw two lubes that was tested with 1480mosmol/l & glycerol measured 1270mmo/l and then one with 270mosmol/l & 3mmol/l glycerol. what does this mean? thank you.
