this is not the only cancer that should be added to the list. every qualified, informed, experienced HIV/AIDS professional (and a lot of lay people) know all too well that there are many cancers whose prevalence and incidence is much higher among people with HIV/AIDS than among the general population.

How about a call for treatment for these condition and the counting can come later. What is the American Academy of HIV Medicines position on improving more aggressive treatment for these condition. The sad part is most HIV Docs can not ever talk about such subjects or do an exam for HPV for it only been the last 4 years that that some Docs have done the do diligent to study these conditions, only after the patient has encounter these issues. Talking about these issues turn the Doctor Red face.
