Safer sex for wizards? Magic X, the Swiss maker of Harry Popper condoms, is being sued by Warner Brothers, the Hollywood studio behind the Harry Potter movies, The Daily Telegraph reports. The condom packaging features a cartoon condom with rimmed glasses sticking out his tongue and waving a magic wand. The studio claims copyright infringement, but the condom maker claims its product, launched in 2006, has nothing to do with Harry Potter. A Swiss court will rule in a few weeks whether to ban the condoms.
