Queen, I think he is adressing talking about it in a health way with honor, respect and concerns about the heath of teenager to get factual information and tools to help understand sex with alduts to help in wisdom. I for one talk about sex with my friends as a teen but recieved wrong information which lead to risky behavior, again you are any example of thinking teen are well informed about sex in relationship to honor, respect and outcomes. I think he is right on track and everyone knows it.
