People need to realize that some states still have sodomy laws on the books and will pursue prosecution of individuals caught in the act especially if said individuals are already on probation. Virginia is one said state and even though the Supreme court has ruled that these laws are uncon stitutional untill someone is charged and has enough money to fight the charges these laws will not be overturned. So discrimination and criminalization is still alive and well in the USA. Needs to be changed.
