This is what sex education based on fear and moralizing leads to. Even these people won´t recognize that they are at risk. The CDC campaigns are still based on making people hate HIV. Why would anyone want to have anything to do with anything that even remotely has to do with HIV? When you mix hate without the actual imminent threat of death you get ineffective public health campaigns.
