Adam Delgado, an HIV-positive man in San Antonio, Texas, was found guilty of “super” aggravated assault and sentenced to three life sentences for the assault of two minors, reports WOIA. Officials said that Delgado was aware of his status at the time of the abuse and “used his bodily fluids as a deadly weapon.” To date, no victim has tested positive for HIV. Delgado will serve the sentences without possibility of parole.
