No information here about legal/medical standing of this suit. In the early 70's I worked at a Red Cross blood bank testing for HEP-B. Test took 16 hrs so sometimes infected platlets got infused. Then testing time was cut to a few hrs and that only happened if someone made an error. What's the case here?
