An unknown person posing as a Kent County Health Department employee in Michigan is calling residents and telling them that they’ve tested HIV positive or been in contact with someone who is HIV positive, WOOD TV 8 reports. Of the six people who reported the calls, some had received various services from the department and others had never contacted the department. The deputy administrative health officer with the department does not believe its data have been breached.
