On the occasion of the July 13 one-year anniversary of the release of the National HIV/AIDS Strategy (NHAS), the White House has released an implementation update, according to the White House blog. The nine-page report gives an overview of the progress that has been made so far. It includes initiatives by federal agencies, such as meetings with public and private stakeholders. The report also outlines NHAS priorities for the coming year and restates the need to define common metrics for measuring the success of HIV prevention efforts.
