Here we go again, robbing Peter to pay Paul. Most of us on a fixed income know that never works for long. Why doesn't the Government figure that out? Cutting programs to balance the budget is one thing, but on the backs of PLWA/HIV and the poor of NY is shameful and will come back to bite them on their collective asses come November. We just have to get organized and cut the fat from the pig in Albany.
