well my comment is this instead of doing more drugs do supplement I was having trouble with my toes cramping . the nurse at my doctor's office had mentioned to me about magnesium well I went on WebMD and researched it & it helped my cramping up my toes.I also have found out that zinc along with magnesium will help keep you from having diarrhea and so all of the problems that I had with diarrhea from not mad was solved with two very inexpensive supplement which was magnesium and zinc so I would much rather take supplements then taking another medication good luck to you
well, I have been waiting and waiting, Poz since 1984, diarrhea since 1993 and no drug insight, so don't say its being distributed, it isn't....I am on mscontin and roxycontin, which I hate taking but no other options! typical drama on the corporate level!
Have any of you fellow readers had much luck with "BRAT" as a nurse suggested - bananas, rice, apple, toast - for slowing the "track" down...? I mean, 24 rolls... Surely he is bunching instead of folding...
Susan
I can't believe that POZ is running this story without mentioning the importance of diet on gut health. Suggest asking Lark Lands, PhD to write an article addressing diarrhea, diet, probiotics, food intolerances/allergies and gut health.
