I haven't gone through the entire list, but one person who should be on the list is Ron Chavez in Fremont, CA. He is the driving force behind "Grupo Virus Infected People--Grupo VIP". They have once-a-month meetings in Spanish and advocate for their clients every business day in Alameda,Santa Clara, San Mateo and San Francisco counties.
