Should have been called "The POZZIE folks on the coasts and the beltway--completely exclusive" Forgot about the rest of the country in between. Typical of POZ, but still very sad
As we celebrate world Aids day,we have to reflect back on the challenges we have faced during the fight against these deadly and killer disease, sad theres those people who love to reach out to the rest of the world and educate them to know their status and the dangers involved in unprotected sex but we have no means,15years experience with the disease need to be shared,so i should suggest we have achannel how we can share ideas and chat with other people living positive life .
I'm glad to part of this because in my county is so had to reach out so we have to form a group of sex worker or gay to share our life story.that how we educate them.use of condoms.hiv/AIDS.STIGMA reduction and all awareness as a peer educator
I'm honored to be a part of this list! Thank you POZ for honoring me with everyone else! (BTW, I'm now the Program Manager for the Strategic Initiative for HIV/AIDS Care and Prevention at the Center for AIDS Research, Education and Services.)

One comment, in this article " But we are making headway by directing federal dollas and the support of the pharmaceutical industry to brave new worlds" has anyone at POZ checked out the new numbers for the ADAP waiting lists they are increasing as we speak ? That is not making headway to me and I guess if you are not on the "A" list you will never make the cover of POZ or be included in any or thier articles. Don't forget those of us that have worked in the trenches for years.
