It all sounds good except I have trouble with recommending circumcision as a prevention methode. The arrogance of humans to think that we can redisign the human body better than god/evolution. There is much less irritation of the skin when foreskin is present and it works as a natural lubicant. The studies that were conducted from which the new recomendations come, were sloppy at best and from this foreskin is scapegoated. Reconsider human mutalation and study it's history before hand
