What a timely achievement this is! The more I learn about criminalization, the clearer it is to me that too many of us (including other gay men) are slinging our anger and fear in the wrong direction. We must all educate ourselves on this topic and encourage responsible behavior and HIV testing, NOT treating those with HIV as killers.
