"their data draw into question how to better design such a study to encourage high adherence to PrEP" Well, if these genius Truvada marketers can think of it, be sure to tell them to share it with the scores of researchers trying to improve adherence to all the other drugs that are needed to survive. The rest of us are just rolling our eyes that this is news. I bet a certain drug company would be really miffed about these findings if PrEP's actual purpose was to prevent HIV.
