VMMC isn't exactly voluntary, when people are being told that circumcision will protect them from contracting a fatal disease for which they are at high risk, is it? That is more like coercion. If circumcision is so effective, why did nearly a million mostly circumcised Americans die of AIDS?

More jimmied data from the usual suspects, Gray and company. What a surprise. Why is it that the research of no one else comes up with similar data? VMMC isn't so voluntary, when people are scared out of their minds that they will contract a fatal disease, is it? Condoms, unlike circumcision, actually prevent HIV.
