This story would be unbelievable, if SC were not the state that also requires groups advocating the overthrow of the government to register and pay a fee. I am curious to see what becomes of this rediculous situation.

This is not unique to South Carolina, and is happening more often than you know. Check your local prisons, be mindful, this is NOT okay. PLWA are not to suffer continued stigma and social isolation.
