can hiv be cured and how much does the drugs cost?
It's good to see articles on the Cure - this should be something that we not only look at closely, but PROD constantly! The Cure Aids Act needs to be passed, we must do whatever we can to get more money towards cure research. We need a cure 30 years ago, but tomorrow at the latest!
This story gives me hope. I would really very much become part of such a study. It's a pity that here they barely know how to treat people with HIV. So if you really need an undetectable but suffering seropositive man, I'll move to the States.
I also thank you for the positive words. As an HIV infected person I find the possibility of a cure down the road very exciting. Until that time I will continue to have faith in my meds and doctor and live my life happy and comforted that my battle with this disease is being won. I only hope that the vast amount of money spent on meds is used not only for padding the accounts of pharmaceutical companies and their share holders but also research finding a cure for this disease.
I taking a new view at HIV as suggested and having a hard time even reading this gentleman opinions in using the word sterilizing, most distasteful in his choice of wording and I like to help him refrain the conversation. A Cure through ARV's or pills every month for one's life, If that is the case then the cure is here and the need for Rx Companies to charge 4,000 dollars a month for pills and 4,000 dollars a quarter for testing is adorable to me. Second option for me is Healing with Justice.
Thanks for the inspiring article!!!
