My ID doctor at a major research hospital is trying to get people off of Atripla due to the Sustiva, and she's finding that for those who do, they say they "didn't realize how sick they felt" until they got onto a non-Sustiva containing regimen. It boils my blood that insurance companies are actually pushing Atripla, leaving Complera or even Stibild off their formularies. I never felt so bad as when I was on Atripla.
