I wholeheartedly denounce this article because of the light it tries to pain Nushawn in. It's especially pointed when you see the ages of the women he slept with -- he should be locked up just for having sex with 13 year olds. This article goes way too far to make him seem like a dumb teenager, but he's actually a teenaged rapist. Who has the added "bonus" of giving his rape victims HIV.

How can anyone say that he is not a monster? He tested positive for hiv which means he was told in one way or another that if he puts his unprotected penis inside of another human being that their life will be destroyed at the very least. And what does he do with this information? He disregards it along with any human life he comes in contact with. People need to grow a back bone or wake up and use your god given common sense and your basic instinct to survive and realize this man is a monster.

He IS a monster, not because he has HIV but because he KNOWINGLY spreads it! A ruthless, careless, and dangerous monster who clearly lacks morals. I hope he is locked up for life, he's a threat to public safety and to public health. He is a criminal who has robbed people, sold drugs and infected others with HIV. He deserves to be locked up for life!

It's easy to pretend he's not a monster. Anybody who knows they have the package and neglects to warn or even protect his/her partner is inhuman. The human tries to stand between HIV and a partner; the monster goes on like nothing ever happened and spreads it to someone else. Wrap it up all the time or don't bother. Lay down the needles. Otherwise, you are a monster.

Well...He got it from somewhere... He is not a monster. Yes he was careless, but not a monster. I do not believe he maliciously gave HIV to any of this women. But I do believe that he was living his life just like every other person out here who is infected and does not want to believe it. It is very hard to deal with , especially because of the stigma. The spread of HIV amongst teens and young adults is a multifaceted issue that stems from the choices each infected person made. Education

WOW IS WHAT i HAVE TO SAY TO THIS.I agree that young women should take responsibility but he is not only a product of his enviroment but the girls are to if they were not taught to tell him to wrap up better yet if they were not told you can't put 1/2 of the blame on them.

I do not believe this man is a monster. He is a product of his environment. Throughout the article I clearly hear him taking responsibility for his actions, however, I do not hear about anyone of these young women taking responsibility for their own actions. I did not read any where in this article that he forced himself on these women. Unfortunately, they are just as responsible as he is. I believe his constitutional rights are being violated by continuing to keep him locked up.
