It is clear that Uganda doesn't have a Christ like love for their people. The poor Ungandians once ruled by a dictator and now ruled by their unablity to be kind to one another again. Which doesn't surprise me considering the Health Minister from that country suggest we give PEPFAR money in a white envolope with out conditions like England does for a piece of the Ugandian PIE. Fear and Hate and I wonder where they learned this concept. Not from Christ but from his enemies or the Devil's values
