YET, some states in the US have legalized a portion of the sale of Cannibus, not in minute quantity either. Not one type of Cannibus but many types and strengths.....why not across the US, at the very least in this capacity? If not the legalization in other capacities. I hope this Plant will be legal in my lifetime.

Our urge to eat is what keeps us eating it's what keeps us alive . It gives life . Canabis is the only known drug to stimulate an appetite in humans ( but only if smoked ). In other words , canabis gives life by making people want to eat and helps keep down their food when they're feeling sick to their stomachs from chemotherapy or from taking other medicines that makes it possible for them to survive and live life . Why on earth would you make a drug that GIVES LIFE illegal. Doesn't add up.

The White House statement is completely fiction!!! Check out the website for Americans for Safe Access... there has been NUMEROUS studies showing the benefits of medical cannabis and as long as you DON'T smoke it, there are NO SIDE EFFECTS and there is no chance of addiction unless you are an addictive type of personality. No one has EVER died from medical cannabis use which is a LOT more than you can say about pharmaceuticals!!

If they don't legalize marijuana, then I say we push to make cigarettes and alcohol and fast food illegal also....oh yeah and tanning and casinos and unprotected sex and put all the law breakers in jail....

Tabacco, a known addictive as well as poisenous plant is permitted. Alcohol, addictive, is the cause of many DUI's, other death's, liver jaundice. How many people did the Gov't poison during prohibition as a "deterrent"? Over 10k. The Gov't already has, and knows the data about Marijuana, and has for year's (why should they not?) They also know it reduce huge trafficking across the border. Go figure! Maybe the Fed's should stay out of state business?
